We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Mayor Avine Fokkens of the Heerenveen municipality back to Pieterpik. During her previous visit, she was given a tour of our company, at which time she expressed a desire to return to see our trial garden. This time, she did just that.

‍

During a walk through the trial garden, we showed her the many different varieties growing here. There was plenty to see, smell, and taste. The mayor was introduced to the diversity of crops and flowers currently in bloom in the garden.

‍

It was a pleasure for us to host her again, this time surrounded by everything growing and blooming in our trial garden—a place where we work daily with seeds, varieties, and the development of our product range.

‍

We would like to thank Mayor Avine Fokkens for her interest and for this wonderful follow-up visit.
