You will:

Operate machines in a production environment

Set up and convert various filling machines

Perform quality checks

Follow production schedules

Configure machines and peripheral equipment

Independently process production orders and prepare them for shipment

Handle all other tasks that arise on and around the production floor

You have, are, or can

Experience working in a production environment

Experience as an operator (preferred)

Show initiative where necessary

Contribute ideas on how to make our production process more efficient

Work with precision

This is a varied role within a team that is collegial, professional, and driven. Our organization offers you the opportunity to further develop your skills. You will have plenty of room to learn everything about the propagation and trade of seeds. Employment conditions are in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO) for the Garden Seed Industry. This is a long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract.‍
